Distilled and aged in Bardstown, Kentucky, Willett’s straight bourbon is made from 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley, using limestone-filtered spring water and sour mash fermentation with a proprietary yeast strain. Twice distilled in copper stills and aged at least four years in char #4 American oak barrels, it is mid-weight in body and shows notes of banana, pineapple upside-down cake, baking spices, white chocolate, sweet wood, and toffee, with a smooth, silky finish. 45% ABV.
