Mouvèdre (10-12 days maceration), Grenache, and Syrah (both Direct Press) from declassified Banyls, Languedoc-Roussillon, France; light plus bodied and dry, earthy and spicy with notes of black plum and dried/stewed berries, with excellent structure, balanced acid, and a long complex finish. Organic
