Produced in small batches in Wassaic, New York, this dry gin begins with a base of 100% New York-grown wheat and malted barley and is distilled in copper with organic Meyer lemon, orange peel, juniper, orris root, star anise, angelica root, and fresh mint and lemon balm from Tenmile's own garden. Bright and aromatic, it offers fresh citrus and garden mint layered with juniper and subtle hints of malt, while the palate brings a lively sweet-savory interplay of citrus, herbs, and juniper that carries through the finish; non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.
