"Quinta do Ermizio Vinho Verde is made from a mix of Arinto and Albariño grapes sourced from organic vineyards. Located on the outskirts of Guimarães, Portugal, organic and low-intervention farming and minimal cellar work define this terroir-driven style. Light-bodied and spritzy, this wine greets you with a clean palate, aromas of lime, melon, and jasmine, with subtly bitter hints of citrus pith that lend structure. Chalky minerals linger on the finish, and its medium-plus acidity carries it forward, making every sip feel vivid and refreshing. Coming in at only 11.5% abv, this wine is perfect for day-drinking or enjoying while cooking. For food pairings, think lightly pan-fried chicken with sautéed green beans, salmon with mango-cilantro salsa, or lighter fish and herb dishes.
