Aligoté from the Loire Valley, France; medium bodied and dry with notes of tart lemon, candied apple and pear, jasmine, hazelnut, chalk, saline, and caramel, with pronounced minerality, medium acidity, and lingering almond on the finish. Organic; wine ferments and ages in 600 liter demi muid; rests for 7 months.
