Aligoté from the Loire Valley, France; medium bodied and dry with notes of tart lemon, candied apple, jasmine, hazelnut, chalk, saline, and caramel, with pronounced minerality, medium acidity, and lingering almond on the finish. Organic; wine ferments and ages in 600 liter demi muid; rests for 7 months.
