Whole clusters were hand-harvested and meticulously sorted before being placed directly in Qveris, with an addition of freshly pressed juice. Fermentation and maceration for around 14 days before racking to Qvevri and old French oak barrels for 6 months of aging. Bottle unfined and unfiltered with a minimal amount of SO2.
