This medium bodied bourbon is made in Goshen, NY and sources all of its grain locally. It is balanced with a soft, gentle nose and subtle notes of banana and caramel, with mild sweetness, a clean mouthfeel, and a smooth round finish.

"Orange County Distillery’s first aged spirit, the grain bill typically follows that of mostly corn with malted barley. Our bourbons are aged in 15-gallon and 30-gallon barrels for 3 years or more. The tannins extracted from the oak barrels over time gradually lend their beautiful colors and distinct flavors to our whiskey. The whiskey noses initially of dried hay or tobacco - reminiscent of the corn itself - before molding into aromatic notes of caramel, butterscotch, and even praline. These borderline sweet notes make way for a baking spice-like finish."
