Old vine Gamay from Beaujolais (declassified), France; light to medium bodied and dry with notes of black table grapes, underripe blackberry, black plum, and earth, with medium plus acidity, soft, dry tannins, and a tart finish. Organic; 90 year old vines, grapes ferment and age in cement tanks, no added SO2.
