Japanese gin produced by the Tsutsumi Distillery in the Kumamoto Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan. The base spirit is pot distilled from 100% rice and the botanicals include Macedonian (bright, piney aromas) and Himalayan (lower-toned, earthier flavors) juniper, young ginger, and rotating varieties of citrus. The #3 represents the number of different botanicals added! The body is light to medium in weight with notes of lemon and orange rind, celery salt, and pink Himalayan salt with lingering hints of ginger.
