Oé is on a mission to push the wine industry to be as sustainable as possible. Oé is a certified B Corp and, from vine to packaging, all its grower partners are certified organic and all packaging is optimized for reuse. Grain de Sail transports the wine to the United States via sailboat, and the company embodies the future of maritime transport thanks to an average decarbonization of 90% of CO2 emissions compared to traditional container cargo ships. This vessel marks a major advancement in the quest for innovative solutions in the maritime industry, contributing to decarbonization and revolutionizing transportation for tomorrow. The environmental impact of these collective practices is enormous. This idyllic 30 hectare estate has been in the family for several generations. It is a true polyculture that includes cereals, orchards and vines. The couple took over the estate from Thierry's grandparents in 2003. The estate has been certified organic since 2012 to ensure its longevity for generations to come. Today, their daughter is learning from Thierry and preparing to run the vineyard!
