Made right here in the Hudson Valley, Monte is sparkling dry cider that spends 18 months in Amontillado barrels. It is medium bodied with notes of vanilla cream soda, cedar, bruised yellow apples, and baking spices, with medium acidity, a weighty mid-palate, and a dry finish.
