Riesling from Pfalz, Germany; pressed into neutral casks and fermented to dry; medium bodied and dry with notes of baked apple, ripe tropical fruits, white flowers, macadamia nut, tart lemon curd, and white chocolate, with medium acidity and lingering notes of creamed floral honey on the finish. Organic, 11.5% abv, my most memorable tasting note was KILLER.
