Melon de Bourgogne from Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, Loire Valley, France; light bodied and dry, mineral driven with layers of green apple, lemon, and lime citrus, subtle hints of caramel, medium plus acid, with silky texture and a long clean finish. Organic, No added SO2. Presently, this is the only Muscadet imported that does not have any SO2 added at any point.
