"I tried this wine many months ago, and it has haunted me ever since. I tried to order it for the store but it went out of stock pretty quickly. This time around I jumped on it just for the Wine Club! Hailing from Doura, Portugal, this delicious white wine is a blend of Gouveio and Arinto. It’s a winter white, to say the least, with its medium body and butterscotch undertones. I tasted ripe red apples and lemon honey, and it’s all tied together seamlessly with its clean, tart finish. This wine will sing with any dense fish, roasted/baked chicken, or mushroom dish with roots and/or potatoes."
