70% Sauvignon Blanc 30% Chardonnay from Fiefs Vendéens (Atlantic Coast), Loire Valley, France; light plus bodied and dry, slightly vegetal on the nose but more floral and fruit driven on the palate, with notes of white grapefruit and wet stone, medium plus acid, and a round opulent finish. Sauvignon Blanc on the front and Chardonnay on the back. Basically the best of both worlds! Practicing Organic
