"Last month we learned all about Frizzantes from Italy, the Italian Pét Nat. This one hails from Emilia-Romagna and is made from the grape Spergola, with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc. For me, this is the perfect Summer Crusher; it’s refreshing and salty with hints of lemon taffy and savory herbs. It’s creamy but fresh and lifted, and is perfect outside on a sunny day. I drank this on Taco Tuesday at my house and it was so delicious, I knew you all had to try it! Make sure it’s ice cold before you open it to prevent any spillage, and enjoy with or without food."
