A 30 hectare biodynamic farm located in Partanna, northwestern Sicily, with 3ha under vine. This is a young company, but the family has a long winemaking history. They work the land with repsect and forgo the use of pesticides or herbicides. Spontaneous fermentation, no temperature control, fining, or filtering, and just a small addition of sulfur at bottling. 13 year old vines on a 1.5ha plot at 250m. About 10 days maceration in stainless steel with 20% of grapes left whole, then aged in steel for about 9 months.
