Skin contact Loureiro from Minho, Vinho Verde, Portugal; light to medium bodied and dry, fruity and citrusy with notes of peach, apricot, fermented orange, sour lemon, hints of tamerind and cream, with balanced acid and a complex finish. This wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the bottle, and contains a bit of trapped CO2 so it has a refreshing spritz.  Sustainable.
