A coferment of Colombard (a white grape) sourced from Lodi, California and Montmorency Cherries made in Cincinnati, Ohio by winemaker Josh Elliot. Fruitblood focuses on producing "fruit wine that doesn't suck." And he certainly has accomplished that! This Pét Nat is perfectly bubbly and dry with notes of cherry pie filling, dried dates, and cola with a sour cherry candy finish.
