This delicious amaro is made from Cortese grapes grown by Bordiga (we proudly carry all of their vermouths) in Piedmont, Italy. They use aloe to increase viscosity instead of adding sugar. It has a bitter alpine floral vibe, with notes of rhubarb, chammomile, rose petal, wormwood, and gentian; akin to Montenegro but less sweet.
