Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris from Baden, Germany; cofermented on skins for 5 days, pressed into barrel for 8-10 months; medium bodied and dry, fruity and floral with notes of apricot, ripe peach, orange rind, and apple, hints of rose, tea, and honey, with balanced acid and dry grippy tannins.
