Unoaked Chardonnay from Petit Chablis AOC, Burgundy, France; medium bodied and dry with notes of banana, pineapple, ripe red apple, lemon citrus, and cream, with prominent crushed stone minerality, savory/vegetal undertones, medium plus acidity, and a leesy finish. Organic in trasition to being certified.
