Chardonnay from Chablis, Burgundy, France; medium bodied and dry with notes of ripe pineapple, yellow apple, raw corn, bruised lemon, fresh herbs, orange pith, and cream, with bubblegum high tones, well-integrated oaky undertones, medium plus acidity, prominent minerality, and a long, opulent finish. Practicing Organic, native yeast fermentation, minimal intervention, minimal SO2 added at bottling.
