This Tennessee bourbon whiskey is made in Chattanooga from a mash bill of 75% non-GMO yellow dent corn from Catesa Farms in Riddleton, Tennessee, 12% pale malted rye from Canada, 7% US-grown caramel malted barley, and 6% US-grown honey malted barley. It is medium weight with notes of black pepper, banana, flowers, yellow apple and other orchard fruits, with a spicy, robust finish.
Founded in 2011 by Tim Piersant and Joe Ledbetter, Chattanooga Whiskey began as a grassroots “Vote Whiskey” campaign that overturned a century-old distilling ban in Tennessee. Today, their estate-distilled Tennessee High Malt style—born from experimental batches and a brewer’s mindset—embodies innovation, integrity, and a touch of the original Barrel 91 in every bottle.
