Made in Kentucky, this straight bourbon is comprised of 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% rye. It's aged for 4 years and is light to medium in body with notes of orange, caramel, vanilla, and baking spice, with a smooth, spicy finish. The distillery is located inside a once dilapidated castle (built by Colonel EH Taylor in the late 1800s), which was bought by Castle & Key in 2007 and restored to its former glory.
