"Another favorite from Bosman, only this one hails from Wellington, Western Cape. My favorite aspect of this wine is its structure. It’s clean with dry tannins, and the oak is well-integrated and you can taste it only subtly in the wine’s undertones. I also taste sweet cherries and blueberries, baking spice, chocolate, and hints of vanilla and pepper. In my experience, this wine is very food-friendly, pairing with anything from grilled vegetables with pasta to cheeseburgers."
