A classic dry vermouth from the Piedmont region of northern Italy, its base is a wine made from about 1/3 Moscato grapes, along with Trebbiano and Cortese. It contains about 25 botanicals, all hand-picked from the Occitan Alps, and include wormwood, elderflower, quassia, orange peel, wild thyme, gentiana acaulis, pepper, and pomegranate, to name a few. The flavor profile is clean and balanced with floral, spicy, and citrus notes, with medium acidity and lingering gentian on the finish. Excellent in martinis and cocktails.

The Bordiga distillery was founded in 1888 by Pietro Bordiga, a passionate bartender and herbalist, who was living in the northern Italian city of Torino (Turin) at the foot of the Alps. Torino was, and still is home to a thriving cafe and theater culture and is also the birthplace of Vermouth di Torino.
