Albariño from Rías Baixas, Galicia, Spain; light plus to medium bodied and drywith notes of preserved lemon, starfruit, yellow flowers, rock salt, citrus zest, and chalky minerals, with medium acidity, a velvety mouthfeel, and tart orange on the finish. Organic; 70% fermented and aged in a variety of sizes of old French oak barrels.
