Garnacha from Extremadura, Spain; light to medium bodied and dry, toasty and nutty, with cranberry juice cocktail, subtle marzipan and almonds, hints of citrus pith and flowers, with medium acid and a soft mousse. Outstanding with cheese and fruit!
