Chardonnay from Chablis 1er Cru, Burgundy, France; light plus to medium bodied and dry with notes of bruised yellow fruits, baked pear, lemon curd, pineapple upside down cake, baking spice, grapefruit, hay, lanolin, and almond pastry, with medium plus acidity and lingering wet stone on the finish. Certified HVE; wine ferments and in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation, aged in tank sur lie for 3-4 months.
