Sangiovese from Tuscany, Italy; medium bodied and dry, with dried earth and herbs on the nose, salty with hints of cured meat, sanguine, and pine bark, pops of fresh cherry, ripe tomato, and bay leaf, with medium acid, and a soft tannic grip. Organic and Biodynamic.
