"It can’t be your first Wine Club of Spring without a yummy Pét Nat with pretty flowers on the label. This one also tastes like Spring! It’s citrusy,  floral, and savory with notes of tangerine zest, banana, herbs, and cream. Traynor Family Vineyard is located in Prince Edward County in Ontario, Canada, and this bubbly wine is half Sauvignon Blanc and half Chardonnay. I immediately wished I had cheese and crackers when I tried this. It doesn’t need food, but with a little bloomy-rind cheese and some honey…mama! Remember to open this type of wine slowly, preferably on a flat surface, and only after it’s super cold. After you open it, give it about 30 soft swirls to integrate the fallen yeast cells. This will lend more texture and mid-palate."
