Dry Sparkling Cider: 43% Northern Spy, 25% Margil, 14% Golden Russet, 12% Baldwin, and 6% Wickson apples from Greater Lake Ontario and Finger Lakes; light to medium bodied and dry, with notes of green olive, flowers, and minerals, and a bright fruit backbone, with medium acid, and a fresh finish. Released without disgorgement so it contains some sediment.
