Dry sparkling cider made from Rhode Island Greening apples, one of the oldest apple varieties that was discovered in 1650 in Middletown Rhode Island. This cider is lovely, light, and dry, with soft fruit and subtle hints of flowers and saline, with medium plus acid and a fresh easy finish.
