100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Russian River Valley, California; spontaneous fermented in stainless steel and aged for 17 months in neutral oak barrels; full bodied and dry, earth driven with subdued notes of blackberry, black cherry, and plum, with velvety layers of pepper, cedar, dark cocoa, tobacco, and vanilla, minty hightones, very well-integrated oaky undertones, and big round tannins on the finish.
