Cinsault from Hérault, Languedoc, France; medium bodied and dry, woodsy and bright with notes of currant and juicy blackberry, with earthy undertones and balanced acid, clean smooth tannins, and a complex finish. Has a slight spritz in the beginning but blows off after a few minutes. I like this wine a little chilled! Organic and no added SO2
