Pineau d'Aunis from Loire Valley, France; medium bodied and dry, clean and earthy with notes of dried flowers and pepper, tart red fruit, geraniums, and medium plus acid, with firm tannins and a soft dry finish. Organic, no added SO2 but stable as stable can be, even on Day 2.
