Tocai Fruliano, Rebula, Malvasia from Goriska Brda, Slovenia; medium to medium plus bodied and dry, with herbs and dried cheddar on the nose, notes of beeswax and dried orange rind, subtle steamed vegetal (broccoli!), with medium acid, a firm grip, and a soft lengthy finish. Org, Bio. Decant this wine!! Very special for those of us who love Slovenian wines!

Fermented in imported Georgian qvevri that were buried at the Kabaj estate and macerated there for over a year before further again in old, neutral oak.
