Loureiro from Vinho Branco, Vinho Verde, Portugal; 36 hours on skins in stainless steel, then aged 50% in stainless steel, 25% in chestnut barrels, and 25% tinaja; medium bodied and dry, juicy and tart with earthy and savory undertones, notes of green apple, tamarind, beeswax, lime and citrus pith, with juicy medium plus acid, a round texture, and lingering honey on the finish. Practicing Organic, Regenerative Farming, 1g SO2 added at bottling.
