Catawba from the Finger Lakes, NY; light to medium bodied and dry, beautiful and balanced with notes of strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb, and herbs, with layers of hibiscus flowers and wild muscadines, hints of fresh thyme in the mid-palate, with balanced acid, and a long juicy finish. One of Maureen's personal favorites and it's no longer being made by chëpìka.
