"Maurizio Donati of Casa Belfi is a biodynamic farmer and natural winemaker going starkly against the norm of typical Prosecco. This guy installs large harp-like instruments near the vines so the wind can play music to the grapes. He believes the harmonic vibrations make the plants healthier. The Rosso is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Raboso and hails from the Veneto in northeastern Italy. It’s medium bodied and dark with hints of purple flowers and alpine herbs. The finish is juicy with lingering tart black fruits. This wine needs a burger of any kind, and would be incredible with grilled foods. I recommend drinking it a little cold!"
