100% Pansa Blanca (aka Xarel-Lo) from Alella, Catalonia, Spain; light bodied and dry, crisp and clean, with limestone minerality, lime pulp, and medium acid; easy-drinking picnic wine, lovely with lighter dishes: salads, olive oil-based pastas, white fish and shellfish, and mild cheeses. This wine is for the Pinot Grigio drinkers but the acid is softer and it has a ton of personality.
